End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Motion ("Company") regarding your use of the Motion mobile application ("Service"). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Purpose of the Service
Motion is a platform designed to connect individuals locally and globally through user-generated content (UGC), allowing users to share updates, opinions, and discussions in real time.

2. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content
Motion maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against any objectionable or abusive content, including but not limited to:

• Hate speech, discrimination, or racially offensive material
• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or suggestive content
• Violence, graphic imagery, or threats
• Harassment, bullying, or intimidation
• Misinformation, scams, or fraudulent activities
• Any other content deemed inappropriate or harmful

Any user who uploads such content may have their content removed without notice and may be permanently banned from the platform.

3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account.
You agree not to engage in any unlawful, unethical, or prohibited behavior while using the Service.
You may block other users or report inappropriate content through in-app tools provided.

4. Content Moderation and Reporting
Motion utilizes content filtering tools, including Amazon Rekognition, to automatically detect and filter inappropriate content.
All user reports are reviewed within 24 hours, and the company will take appropriate actions, including:

• Deleting offensive content
• Issuing warnings or suspending accounts
• Reporting users to legal authorities if required

5. Content License
Users retain ownership of their uploaded content. By using the Service, you grant Motion a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the operation and promotion of the platform.

6. Changes to This Agreement
The Company may revise this Agreement at any time. Updated terms will be made available through the app or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

7. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. Motion reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates this Agreement without prior notice.

8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
